Job Summary
Be responsible for taking reservations, answering the phone, and responding to guest requests; greet guests warmly and seat them according to rotation plans; personalize each guest experience by using guest names and acknowledging special occasions; relay guest comments to management; carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor; requires minimum secondary education with O Level passes, and at least 1 year of customer service/guest contact experience in hospitality; willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary school education with O Level passes
- Diploma in any field is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization
