Job Summary
Be a welcoming host/hostess at Bread Street Kitchen, Marina Bay Sands (Singapore). Responsibilities include taking reservations and phone inquiries, greeting guests, seating guests according to rotation plans, personalizing guest experiences by using guest names and noting special occasions, passing on guest information to Captains and Server Attendants, maintaining guest profiles and histories, thanking guests as they leave, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requirements: minimum secondary education with O Level passes (Diploma advantageous), at least 1 year in customer service/guest contact within hospitality, willingness to work varied shifts, and ability to communicate in English and Mandarin. Required Qualifications
