Job Summary
F&B Host role providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service at The HUB venues (food truck, bowling lanes, and coffee shop). Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, taking and entering orders, preparing beverages, informing customers of specials, explaining menu items, handling cash, resolving complaints, seating guests, maintaining cleanliness, stocking/setting up service areas, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires good communication, teamwork, cash handling, customer service, and adherence to safety and company policies; position typically involves standing for extended periods and physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Valid IHS Food Handler’s Certificate required.
