Job Summary
F&B Floor Manager responsible for overseeing restaurant service, acting as a role model for the Food & Beverage team, maintaining a strong on-floor presence, assisting in recruiting and payroll, scheduling, and ensuring health and allergy procedures are followed, while delivering outstanding guest services and achieving departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant in NYC
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Must have or be able to obtain a NYC food handler’s license
- TIPS certified a plus, but not a requirement
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and able to build spreadsheets
- Must understand point of sale systems such as Micros
- Must be open to working AM/ PM shifts, week days, weekends and holidays
