Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for executives and clients, managing correspondence, meeting schedules, and event planning support. Coordinate travel, expense reports, and departmental purchases while maintaining filing systems and updating internal databases. Assist the leadership team with scheduling, staff certifications, and budget management, including ordering supplies and optimizing office workflows. Facilitate internal communication and provide operational support for Food & Beverage initiatives. Requires full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in fluctuating temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or other high-level assistant
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook)
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company/client information
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills
- Exceptional organization and prioritization
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift
