Job Summary
Oversee overall supervision, planning, and coordination of all activities of the Beverage/F&B team; ensure beverages meet standard recipes and quality; address guest inquiries and complaints; train and develop staff; optimize resources for profitability; coordinate with other departments; manage inventory and mise-en-place; enhance sales through updated menus, seasonal promotions, and marketing; maintain bar cleanliness and organization; possess working knowledge of wine, cocktails, and various cuisines; English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Hotel Management Degree/ Diploma
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint knowledge
- Ability to work in team
- Presentable and groomed appearance
