Coordinate the operational execution and floor support for all events at Hotel Arena, ensuring seamless transition from setup to teardown. Collaborate closely with the Event Manager to manage planning, service, communication, and quality standards while actively guiding teams during peak moments. Solve unforeseen operational challenges immediately and ensure every event aligns with guest expectations and the hotel's iconic brand. Requires a bachelor's degree in event or hotel management, two years of large-scale event experience, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts. Fluent in Dutch and English, with a preference for candidates residing in Amsterdam or the immediate area.
