Job Summary
As a Customer Sales Agent, you will drive food and beverage sales while delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will actively engage with guests, promote menu offerings, recommend suitable food and beverage options, and maximize revenue opportunities. You will coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, monitor guest feedback, and contribute ideas to improve service quality and commercial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
