Job Summary
Be assigned to Bar, Café or Kitchen at Generator Venice and may cross over to other outlets. Demonstrate knowledge of coffee and food, offer distinctive experiences, own the guest journey, respond quickly to customer requests, and maintain a can-do attitude. Comply with company policies including Fire Training, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene. Handle cash on duty and contribute to a collaborative, guest-focused team. Must be eligible to work in the EU and be available to work when needed. Generating a welcoming, sociable Generator experience is the goal, with a focus on hospitality, service, and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
- A genuine interest in service
- Be eligible to work in the EU
- Available to work when needed
- Excellent communicator
- Know your customers like you know your friends
- Cash handling experience
- Be responsible for all cash handling while on duty
- Be part of a team within your department
