Job Summary
Prepare food promptly for a la carte, buffet, and line set-ups while maintaining spotless service lanes and ensuring adequate garnishes. Label, store, and rotate inventory to guarantee freshness and minimize waste. Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient guest service across multiple restaurant locations. Work the winter season from November 23, 2026, through April 18, 2027, at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
- Able to withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/repetitive movements and reach with hands/arms to handle objects, tools, or controls
Desired Qualifications
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
