Job Summary

F&B Controller/Assistant Manager responsible for managing cost control, inventory, and financial reporting within the hotel. Collaborates with Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Materials Manager; ensures movement and documentation of goods, stock reconciliation, and preparation of cost reports for management analysis. Responsibilities include inventory management, audits of daily/monthly costs, kitchen and beverage cost controls, liquor inventory monitoring, variance reporting, BEO audits, inter-department transfers, recipe updates in the system, and maintaining records to support contract and procurement activities. Emphasis on cost control policies, timely reporting, accuracy of storekeeping, and effective liaison with suppliers while supporting overall hotel financial operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce or similar or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytics and reporting skills
  • Experience with Accounting Systems, POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems
  • Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
