Job Summary
As a Chef de Partie, you will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, managing a section and helping to develop Commis Chefs. Responsibilities include compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining stock control, and ensuring food quality standards. You should possess a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts and have significant kitchen experience, particularly in a supervisory role. Effective communication and time management skills are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-fledged kitchen
- At least 2 years in a similar capacity
- Demonstrates a full understanding of their role according to their job description
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
