Job Summary
Anticipate customer needs, suggest products to maximize sales, and resolve service problems while following food handling procedures. Complete sales transactions by taking money, counting change, processing comps, and operating the cash register and Point of Sale system. Finish shifts with deposits, clean and sanitize counters, ensure supplies are stocked, and deliver to-go orders while confirming details with guests. Handle hot products safely, adhere to all policies, and meet grooming requirements. Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Ability to count money and change correctly
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
