Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverage items accurately and efficiently. Operate point-of-sale systems to handle cash and card transactions, maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift. Restock food, beverage, and supply items as needed, communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, and monitor guest satisfaction by responding to questions or concerns professionally. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies while supporting other food and beverage locations or duties as assigned. Must attend Serv-Safe and TABC classes for certification. Available for weekends, holidays, and various shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts
- Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification
- Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs
- Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
