Job Summary
Provide supervisory F&B leadership at Marina Bay Sands restaurant, overseeing servers and ensuring high-quality guest service. Responsibilities include escorting guests to seats, assisting with table setup and equipment, managing reservations and seating distribution, handling guest concerns, supervising servers to maintain service excellence, supporting the Assistant Manager and department in achieving goals, and upholding food safety and leadership training requirements. Must be willing to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays. Education in hospitality preferred; supervisory experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year at supervisory level
- Food Safety, leadership training program
