F&B Captain

F&B Captain responsible for communicating service needs to chefs and stewards during functions, handling group function charges and presenting checks to group contacts, ensuring banquet rooms, restaurants, and breaks are ready for service, arranging centerpieces, and inspecting china, glass, and silver for presentation. Duties include verifying guest dietary requirements with the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, welcoming guests with professional communication, ensuring adherence to quality standards, supporting team goals, and performing other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors. Requires ability to move objects up to 25 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and maintain professional appearance; High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years related experience with supervisory experience preferred.
