Job Summary

F&B Captain-Deuce-Seasonal leads daily dining-outlet operations at Pinehurst, overseeing hiring and training, scheduling, payroll control, and staff development to ensure guests receive exceptional service across multiple outlets and shifts. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring dining-outlet staff, supervising service for all meals, managing reservations and seating, coordinating pre-shift meetings and training calendars, monitoring reports (menus scores, event summaries, inventory, P&L), and ensuring proper station coverage and supplies.
