Job Summary
F&B Captain-Deuce-Seasonal leads daily dining-outlet operations at Pinehurst, overseeing hiring and training, scheduling, payroll control, and staff development to ensure guests receive exceptional service across multiple outlets and shifts. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring dining-outlet staff, supervising service for all meals, managing reservations and seating, coordinating pre-shift meetings and training calendars, monitoring reports (menus scores, event summaries, inventory, P&L), and ensuring proper station coverage and supplies. Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related experience, and a valid driver's license with annual MVR checks. Proficiency with Micros POS, payroll processes, and adherence to ABC laws is expected; the role involves driving a company vehicle and supervising 30-40 staff members in an in-person, hourly-pay environment.
