Job Summary
Supervise daily dining-outlet operations across multiple outlets, including hiring and training staff, scheduling, payroll controls, and ensuring top-tier guest service. Oversees reservations, station assignments, and service flow; participates in staff development, performance reviews, and disciplinary counseling; maintains training calendars, reports, and inventory, and acts as a liaison for Room Service. Requires leadership of 30-40 F&B staff, familiarity with Micros, ABC laws, and the ability to perform server/bartender duties; valid driver’s license and MVR checks are required. The role involves managing dining-outlet responsibilities, staffing, and ensuring consistent execution of Pinehurst standards across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum two years related experience
- valid driver’s license
- successful completion of pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs
- ability to interview and hire dining outlet employees
- proficient with Micros
- familiar with ABC laws
- ability to manage payroll and expense controls
- supervisory experience with 30-40 employees
