Job Summary
Lead and supervise the F&B service team to uphold impeccable standards and deliver outstanding guest service in a 5-star luxury hotel. Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams for timely, accurate service; ensure dining areas are clean and compliant with health and safety regulations; assist in training staff and supporting ongoing development; monitor inventory and assist with stock control; ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures; require strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar F&B Captain role within a 5-star luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Hospitality or related certification is preferred
- Must be currently in UAE
