Job Summary

Reset tables, keep floor areas clean, and assist servers while ensuring food safety standards are met. Remove full bus-tubs, restock plates and glassware, and serve coffee to guests. Maintain an organized dining area and uphold confidentiality for guest records. Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino and hotel environment, lifting up to 75 pounds and navigating wet, greasy surfaces. This dual-rated position may include duties as a server, cashier, host, or expeditor across multiple outlets. A high school diploma, Washington State Food Handlers Permit, and Class II Gaming License are required.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Knowledge of State and County sanitation procedures
  • Washington State Food Handlers Permit
  • Previous Food Server and/or hospitality experience
  • Must possess refined verbal communication skills
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, helpful, and courteous with other Team Members and guests
  • Is at workstation on time and prepared to begin work at scheduled time
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must know State and County sanitation procedures
  • Must obtain and retain Washington State Food Handlers Permit
  • Must comply with all Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel Policies and Procedures, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions
