F&B Bistro Attendant (Morning Shift)

Job Summary
Greet guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor while preparing and serving food and beverage items, including Starbucks® coffee drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine. Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and process payments. Set up, stock, and maintain the Bistro, food prep stations, and beverage areas, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions. Provide support to fellow team members and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Work flexible schedules including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Ability to meet Marriott grooming and uniform standards
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Work flexible schedules, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Guest Focus: Anticipates and meets guest needs with professionalism and care
- Teamwork: Works collaboratively and contributes positively to team success
- Accountability: Maintains reliability, accuracy, and high standards in all tasks

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food & beverage, barista, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- POS system knowledge a plus
