Job Summary
Setup event spaces by arranging tables, chairs, and decorations, then welcome guests and escort them to their seats. Take and serve food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system while monitoring alcohol consumption and adhering to legal drinking age requirements. Provide buffet-style service, plated meals, or passed hors d'oeuvres, ensuring food items are replenished and presented attractively. Attend to guest needs throughout the event, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing special requests or dietary restrictions. Process payments for additional services such as bar tabs, then tear down events by removing linens, plateware, and resetting spaces. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining cleanliness during and after the event. This seasonal position runs from September 1 to October 10 and includes a free season pass for you and your dependents.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Transportation to and from the mountain during hours the employee shuttle does not run.
- TIPS alcohol service training (online, on-premise course) is REQUIRED

- Previous experience in banquet or event serving preferred.
