Job Summary
The F&B Attendant provides superior guest service to casino patrons, assisting with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and cashiering. Responsibilities include greeting guests, fulfilling orders, assisting with banquets, maintaining cleanliness and safety in various F&B outlets, and operating computerized POS systems. Candidates must have one year of restaurant experience and a valid Washington State Food Handler's card, demonstrating skills in cash handling and food service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Must have one year restaurant experience to include cash handling, processing of credit transactions and food handling
- Must have a valid Washington State Food Handler's card
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a busser or hostess is preferred
Additional Requirements
- All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions
- Indian Preference in hiring shall apply according to the policies adopted by Puyallup Tribe’s Emerald Queen Casino
