Job Summary
Making and mixing coffee, cocktails, and bar beverages. Sharing knowledge of our food, wine and beverages. Providing efficient table management and resetting. Maintaining high standards of presentation for our food and beverage outlets. Supporting guests to get the most from their stay with us. Ability to operate a POS system and cash up process.
Required Qualifications
- Six months+ F&B experience in a similar position using POS systems
- Barista, bar, or cocktail skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Passion for drinks and guest experience
