Job Summary
Run trading shifts end-to-end for the USA Pavilion floor, acting as duty manager to resolve operational issues and lead by example during peak periods. Supervise front-of-house and bar teams, delivering real-time coaching on service standards, grooming, and sequence while managing cash, POS, and stock control. Brief staff, deploy personnel to stations, and support event setup and breakdown for VIP and protocol functions, including delegations and official visits. Uphold discretion and confidentiality for high-profile guests while maintaining service quality across Expo peak days and extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Solid supervisory experience in restaurants, bars or events
- Ability to run a busy floor and lead a team under pressure
- Good cash, POS and stock-control discipline
- Strong service standards and attention to detail
- Composure and discretion around VIP guests
- United States citizenship
- Hospitality qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in F&B with at least 1 in a supervisory role
- Responsible-service and food-hygiene certification
