F&B Assistant (Casual)

Be part of Leonardo’s hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Assistant (Casual) at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham. You’ll be a face of the hotel in the restaurant and bar, delivering first-class hospitality with a warm, friendly personality. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure guests have a great experience, building rapport and providing can-do service. The role involves mornings as part of the breakfast team and evenings in the bar/restaurant, with opportunities for training and progression across the hospitality line. Key duties include engaging with guests, taking orders, serving in the restaurant and bar, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborating with colleagues to keep service smooth and guests satisfied.
