Job Summary

Oversee shift operations by supervising front-line team members, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with Tribal, Federal, and gaming regulations. Maintain guest satisfaction through active service, addressing concerns promptly, and enforcing health and sanitation standards. Manage daily administrative tasks including time card approvals, inventory tracking for cigarette vending machines, and cash handling procedures when applicable. Assist in staff training, performance reviews, and maintaining adequate staffing levels while covering breaks or shifts as needed. Ensure all areas are properly cleaned, stocked, and sanitized before closing, adhering to KLECH core values and Anti-Money Laundering policies.

Required Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification
Must possess a positive attitude with strong organizational and leadership qualities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain effective relationships with the General Manager, Directors, Managers, vendors and all staff
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, stressful environment
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task
Ability to have strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills
Must possess a positive attitude with strong organizational and leadership qualities
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
