Job Summary
F&B and Event Service Supervisor responsible for leading staff in banquet and guest-service operations, ensuring proper setup, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards; manage guest requests and special banquet arrangements; participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching; enforce safety, security, and professional appearance policies; communicate effectively with guests and colleagues; and perform other duties as assigned. Preferred background includes a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related supervisory experience in a hospitality environment, with Marriott alignment and a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
