F&B and Event Service Expert responsible for delivering guest-focused food and beverage experiences during banquets/events, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining professional appearance, and supporting team to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include setting tables and event materials, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, following safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned. Key skills include clear communication, hospitality, teamwork, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and adherence to company policies. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; no supervisory experience required.
