Job Summary
Assist with daily administration and coordination of the Food & Beverage Department and Restaurant Reservations; manage reservations, billing and follow-up; upsell events (wine & dine / tasting menus / guest speaker series); perform telephonic sales calls on previous and future bookings; network to obtain new markets; host F&B area Site Inspections; internal sales of events; communication with Waterfront Information Office; breakfast liaison for in-house guest bookings; upsell experiences (proposals / birthdays / anniversaries); demonstrate multi-tasking, guest orientation, fast-paced communication, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera – PMS, Guest Connect, Micros); requires high-volume restaurant experience (minimum 2 years in a 120-seater restaurant) and Luxury 5* hotel experience.
