Job Summary
Hotel F&B Administrator overseeing all F&B administrative duties and hotel goods electronic receiving process for invoices; collaborates with Culinary, F&B, and Finance to deliver elevated hospitality experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining receiving documentation and BirchStreet invoice entries, coordinating with Accounts Payable, building accurate order guides, updating product pricing, supporting month-end close (inventory valuation, consumption reporting, invoice verification), maintaining supplier relationships, assisting audits and internal controls, ensuring Bi-weekly Payroll in Dayforce, handling forms for F&B staff, and supporting Menu design/tools (Silverware POS, OpenTable/Resy, Canva). Requires strong analytical/numerical skills, proficiency in Outlook & Excel, experience with BirchStreet or Adaco, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, confidentiality, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in food & beverage supervisory or administrative role
- College diploma or degree in Hospitality, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain is an asset
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Outlook & Excel
- Experience with procurement systems such as BirchStreet or Adaco is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with financial and vendor data
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
