Job Summary
Manage inventory control and coordinate ordering processes in line with operational needs. Prepare and analyze weekly reports on guest feedback, average check, and outlet performance metrics. Oversee menu management, including programming new menus into the POS and coordinating print production with Marketing. Oversee the onboarding process involving pre-screening, training, and coordination. Assist in F&B Operations as needed, which may include serving, supervising, expediting, or hosting. Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager. This role requires full availability to meet schedule-driven business demands and involves physical activities including lifting up to 20kg. Minimum 2 years of administrative or supervisory experience is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll or scheduling software being assets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, supervisory, or management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
