Job Summary
F&B Administrative Assistant role supports the administrative needs of the Food & Beverage office at Mauna Kea Resort. Responsibilities include preparing memos, forms and reports; distributing financial statements; managing OnTrack labor productivity; processing payroll for culinary and team leaders; handling purchase requests, vendor communications, and inventory; maintaining records and contracts; assisting in annual operating and CIP budgeting; coordinating dining reservations and menus; taking minutes of meetings; responding to inquiries; and ensuring timely distribution of information to F&B managers. Requires strong computer skills, ability to prioritize to meet deadlines, and the capacity to work across multiple F&B functions, with regular office hours and possible over 40 hours per week. Travel between hotels and in-person work at the Waimea, HI location are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years related work experience
- Department of Health TB clearance
- Efficient in the use of the computer and hotel software
