Job Summary
Lead engineering execution for F-35 Programs within two Tactical Fighters OU: oversee cross-functional teams (Chief Engineers, Engineering PMs, System Architects, SEIT Leads). Responsible for technical performance, staffing, engineering metrics, and earned value management oversight across programs within the portfolio. Interfaces with OU Director, Program Directors, and Program Managers; facilitates regular program engineering reviews; supports proposal development; ensures staffing alignment and cross-functional collaboration with Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, and Operations. This is an on-site, full-time role in Baltimore, MD, with 10% travel; relocation assistance may be available. Requires active U.S. government Secret Clearance (and ability to obtain SAP). Primary Level Salary Range: $184,300.00 - $276,500.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; 10 years of experience, or Master's with 8 years, or PhD with 6 years; additional 4 years may substitute for degree
- Active U.S Government Secret Clearance
- Experience as Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, Technical lead, or other leadership role in a program office or business function; demonstrated team-building and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of staffing and engineering metrics, processes, and tools
- Experience with developing and executing project schedules
