Job Summary
Manage the initiation, development, and completion of responsive Proposals to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for F-35 Production, Development, Fleet Readiness, and Support Equipment efforts. Lead collaborative proposal kick-offs with program stakeholders to communicate strategy and requirements, establish proposal schedules, and drive cross-functional teams to meet commitment dates. Conduct rhythmic reviews of proposal portfolios to maintain status and dates, oversee compliance with knowledge management processes, and develop a centralized proposal library. Collaborate with business management to develop NCTA cost estimates and provide oversight of funds. Support the development of templates and standardized processes to streamline proposal development. This role reports through the F-35 Program Integration & Operations Team and may require travel up to 10% of the time.
