Job Summary
Design and maintain impactful F-35 acquisition programs by guiding clients through complex lifecycle challenges, organizing objectives, and coordinating requirements, budget constraints, and staffing needs. Lead a team in identifying risks, mitigating issues, and supporting mission growth while broadening expertise in problem management, strategic planning, and contract review. Apply knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, cost/schedule/performance/risk management, and aviation modernization to ensure program success. Requires 10+ years in DoD acquisition, Secret clearance, and TS/SCI eligibility. Compensation ranges from $99,000 to $225,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting a program office such as the DoD acquisition program office
- Experience with DoD aviation acquisition or modernization programs
- Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledge of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in a highly demanding and highly visible program
- Ability to communicate to work across multiple teams and with leadership
- TS/SCI clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
