Job Summary
F-16 Systems Principal to support the AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Responsibilities include supporting F-16 USAF and FMS systems integration and configuration; assisting the Government with development, implementation and execution of integration and acquisition strategies; translating customer requirements into program requirements for hardware and software (including F-16 PVI); serving as the cost estimating point of contact for F-16 systems integration and aiding with cost estimates; developing integrated schedules; supporting program management, test management, and systems engineering for F-16 OFP software development, testing and fielding; helping with TEMPs, master test plans, and review of DT&E/OT&E plans; supporting ground and flight test anomaly resolution and troubleshooting for F-16 systems; assisting with test documentation and resource scheduling for fighter platform test infrastructure; providing information assurance (IA) and anti-tamper (AT) program support; aiding program protection activities and CPI evaluation; supporting flight test contracting and FM activities; and contributing to radar development, avionics integration, weapons integration, and flight controls development for the fighter platform. The role requires collaboration with ACC/DT&E/OT&E test organizations, ANG/AFRES, the prime contractor, and OO-ALC, and demands extensive DoD experience, advanced degrees, and a Top Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in a related field OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 25 years of experience in the related discipline (15 of which in DoD) OR 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications and 20 of which in DoD
- F-16 fighter weapons systems integration program office experience (minimum 15 years)
- Experience in program management, test management, systems engineering, test cost estimating, and integrated schedule development
- Minimum of ten years of F-16 test cost estimating
- Ten years of fighter platform flight test management
- Ten years of Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project for integrated schedules
