Job Summary

Lead a diverse team of training services and device professionals supporting F-15QA Aircrew and Maintenance Training programs at Al Udeid Airbase. Manage personnel development, set performance expectations, and oversee hiring and staffing forecasts. Support project planning, BOE status activities, and business requirements evaluation against cost, schedule, and technical constraints. Liaise with US Government contracting officers, foreign military partners, and Boeing teams to ensure legal adherence and security compliance. Apply agile principles across multiple contracts and deliveries. This 3-year assignment requires a U.S. Security Clearance and relocation support.

Required Qualifications

  • at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
  • completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Operations
  • Experience working contracts with U.S. Department of Defense and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers
  • Experience with schedule and budget management
  • integration of all logistic elements

  • understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable

  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, and people management
  • Experience working with International Customers in shaping and developing requirements
  • Experience with managing/handling classified hardware/software and working with USG and Boeing security POCs
  • Experience working with domestic and international IT technical and procurement processes
