Job Summary
F-15 Project Engineer responsible for program integration and control Account Management within the Flight Simulation Labs for F-15 programs. Lead CAM/EVM activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage SOW milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocations; provide status at program reviews and leadership updates; require Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 9+ years PM/engineering experience with CAM/EVM, onsite at Berkeley, MO, willingness to travel up to 10%, and ability to obtain U.S. security clearance. The role emphasizes program coordination, performance monitoring against baselines, and process improvements within a 100% onsite environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- 9+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 5+ years of experience as a CAM (Control Account Manager) in EVM
- Experience with Jira, Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, or Milestone Professional
- Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start required
- Willingness to work onsite (Berkeley, MO)
- Travel up to 10% domestically and/or internationally
