Job Summary
Perform structural manufacturing and modification tasks for F-15 PDM; read and comprehend drawings, schematic diagrams, process specifications, and engineering dispositions to troubleshoot complex structural issues; maintain accurate real-time time accounting; collaborate with colleagues; may support other technical specialists to achieve program objectives; apply coating materials such as primers, paints, and sealants using standard techniques; follow safety policies and procedures and coach others on compliance; report potential hazards, incidents, or concerns to supervision; work with trade-related hand tools and perform all duties as assigned by the Structure Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated high school or equivalent
- Completion of formal technical school
- Minimum three (3) years on-aircraft structural repair and modification experience
- Possess strong structural/mechanical theory knowledge and troubleshooting skills
