Job Summary
Leads and develops a team of project managers delivering F-15 Support Engineering Data deliverables (Tech Data, PSA, Provisioning) while ensuring adherence to technical and product quality standards and integrating across internal product support elements and external partners. Applies program management best practices, coordinates cross-functional planning, and drives lifecycle support initiatives. Builds partnerships with customers and suppliers, directs use of enterprise software for workflow and training delivery, and ensures timely deliverables. Requires on-site work five days a week, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years of leadership, 3+ years in aerospace, and active security clearance; relocation assistance is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of aerospace industry experience
- Experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership
- Experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
