F-15 - AVIONICS SPECIALIST

Job Summary
Maintain and certify integrated avionics systems on the F-15 aircraft at the intermediate level. Inspect, troubleshoots, repair, modify, program, calibrate, and certify avionics components using avionic test stations/consoles and specialized equipment. Analyze performance to isolate malfunctions of airborne electronic equipment; inspect, disassemble/assemble, align, calibrate, and certify components; supervise maintenance actions and related activities. Perform On-The-Job Training for assigned trainees and document all maintenance actions. Training includes English-language and formal classroom instruction coupled with Structured On-The-Job-Training to enable independent maintenance of RSAF F-15 at the Organizational Level.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in RSAF AFSC 19672, with at least one (1) year at the seven (70) level as an F-15 Avionics Test Station and Component Specialist Technician
- Qualification as an F-15 Integrated Avionics Test Station and Component Specialist is mandatory
- Experience supervising repair/overhaul/modification of integrated avionics equipment and use/analysis of intermediate level test equipment
