Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and modify avionic attack control equipment and test equipment while supervising maintenance activities. Maintain and repair radar, attack control computers, and special purpose equipment by conducting tests, replacing components, isolating malfunctions, and adjusting, aligning, and calibrating systems. Analyze equipment operation characteristics to isolate faults and monitor performance to detect recurring issues. Train RSAF personnel to the 5 and 7 skill level and maintain technical orders, publications, and training records. Required Qualifications
- Experienced with repair and scheduled maintenance on a variety of ground support equipment
- Able to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions on powered equipment and effect repair
- Proficient at performing corrosion control procedures on ground equipment
- Proficient at utilizing wiring schematics in troubleshooting process
