Job Summary
Educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients with Relapsed refractory multiple myeloma, emphasizing their importance for patient care. Deliver tailored educational materials that equip Healthcare Professionals with thorough understanding of critical procedures and offer clear, actionable guidance for communicating results to patients and Hematology/Oncology teams. Partner with Oncology Account Managers and the Medical team to ensure seamless communication of product-related information, including REMS details, in alignment with FDA guidance. Support care coordination as needed. This role supports the global biopharmaceutical therapy team at Syneos Health, focusing on empowering clinicians to deliver life-changing treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A 4-year BA/BS degree
- 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing, with a focus on oncology or specialized medical education
- Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience, including oncology education, patient care, and interaction with physicians
- Advanced Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex oncology concepts to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and other key stakeholders
- Collaborative Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively across all levels of management and departments

- CRN, NPs, PAs with eye care experience
