Job Summary
Gen AI/AI Insurance Manager to lead and deliver Gen AI solutions for EY's Insurance clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, underwriters, and product managers, driving business development and client engagement, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance while staying at the forefront of Gen AI advancements.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in AI and advanced analytics, including more than 5 years specializing in insurance analytics
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in data science, AI, Gen AI, or AI/ML; engineering or quantitative background preferred
- Proven ability to lead Gen AI strategy and delivery for insurance domain
- Strong technical skills in Gen AI, NLP, ML/DL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with LLMs on cloud platforms (OpenAI on Azure/AWS Bedrock/GCP Vertex AI)
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML tooling (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with end-to-end product development lifecycle and client-facing delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Knowledge of governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations in Gen AI
