Job Summary
Operate and maintain multiple thermoforming lines, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain production records accurately and verify quality requirements through case audits, docket checks, and visual inspections. Train newer employees on line operation and paperwork procedures. Requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stand for 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment. Available for 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. Forklift certification may be required.
