Extrusion Operator - Pet Food (Overseas Employment)

Operate and monitor pet food extrusion production lines, managing start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns while maintaining steady material flow and correct batch sequencing. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, moisture, and pressure to ensure product standards, performing in-process checks for shape, texture, and seal integrity. Weigh ingredients and load formulations based on work orders, then move materials between areas using forklifts if authorized. Execute pre-start checks, cleaning, and 5S housekeeping to maintain GMP/HACCP compliance, reporting equipment faults or safety hazards immediately. Record outputs, downtime, and quality logs accurately, coordinating with QA and warehouse teams to prevent line stoppages.
