Job Summary
Operate extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings, while identifying innovative solutions to improve production processes. Conduct quality checks, enter results, and run equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions using performance reporting tools. Requires one year of manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in plastic extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding. Available shifts include 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM with a competitive starting pay rate of $22.34-$22.84 per hour and a $2000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- One Year Manufacturing Experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required
