Extrusion Operator III - 1st shift

Extrusion Operator III leads extrusion operations, sets up and configures extrusion equipment to meet production specs, analyzes and optimizes machine performance, troubleshoots complex issues, develops SOPs and training materials, partners with maintenance for preventive upkeep, collaborates with QA for advanced tests, participates in process-improvement projects, and trains Level I-II operators on procedures and basic troubleshooting. The role requires high mechanical skills in extrusion, data analysis, strong leadership/mentoring abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Shift is 6:00 AM–6:15 PM, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, 401(k), and more.
