Job Summary
Extrusion Operator on 2nd shift responsible for processing color compounds, setting up extruder and dies, operating extrusion equipment, producing pellets, performing quality checks, maintaining safety standards, updating labor sheets and production records, and collaborating with a team leader or Level 3 co-worker to meet product specifications and production targets. Requires safety consciousness, ability to adjust feed rate and temperatures, knowledge of dies and pelletizers, basic arithmetic, and forklift certification.
